WhatsApp and message data
Messages and related metadata pass through our systems to deliver automation features. Access is limited to operating and supporting the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process recipient data.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers including Paddle for billing, Resend for transactional email, and hosting providers. They process data according to their own terms and our service arrangements.
