Agreement
These terms govern your use of Sinores, a WhatsApp automation gateway operated by TOO Manifestro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials, channel API keys, connected WhatsApp accounts, and all activity performed through them. You must provide accurate account information and promptly report unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may use Sinores only for lawful messaging with recipients you are permitted to contact. You must not send spam, deceptive content, malware, harassment, or content that violates applicable law, WhatsApp policies, or third-party rights.
Service and billing
Paid access is billed through Paddle. Current prices, billing periods, and trial terms are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the customer portal. Features may change as the service develops.
Availability
We work to keep Sinores reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp and other third-party services may change or become unavailable outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel billing at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risks, abuse, or material violation of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sinores is provided without warranties and TOO Manifestro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the claim.
